An Act
for the relief of Doctor J. M. Foltz.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the same pay be allowed, from
To be allowed the pay of die former surgeon, &c.
the seventh of June, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, to the ninth of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, to J. M. Foltz, that was allowed to surgeon at the headquarters of the United States marine corps who was relieved by him by order of the honorable the Secretary of the Navy.
