An Act
for the relief of the legal representatives of Thomas T. Triplett.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be paid to the legal representatives
Payment for valuing Indian improvements.
of Thomas T. Triplett, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of eleven hundred and thirty-seven dollars, for his services for valuing Creek Indian improvements, and for enrolling Creek Indians, under the Creek treaty of eighteen hundred and twenty-six, deducting therefrom the amount in which the said Triplett stands indebted to the government on the books of the treasury.
