for the relief of Elisha Town.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, directed to pay to Elisha Town, out of any money in the
An over-payment by him to be refunded.
treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of thirty dollars, being the amount of an over-payment, made by him into the treasury, for a patent for his improved crane stove.
