An Act
for the relief of the legal representatives of Captain Samuel Shannon, deceased.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is,
His accounts to be examined, &c.
authorized and required to examine and audit the accounts of Captain Samuel Shannon, deceased, as assistant paymaster of the United States army, according to the principles of justice and equity, and report to the next session of Congress.
