An Act
for the relief of Asahel Brainard.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,
Pension to be increased.
required to pay, out of any moneys of the treasury not otherwise appropriated, a pension, at the rate of twenty dollars a month, to Asahel Brainard, in lieu of the pension now received by him, commencing from and after the passage of this act.
