for the relief of Nancy Polerecsky.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the Secretary of War be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place the name of Nancy Polerecsky on the

roll of pensioners, under the act of July seven, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and allow and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month for the term of five years, agreeably to the terms of said act of July seven, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight.
