for the relief of Robert Ramsay.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, required to place the name of Robert Ramsay on the roll of
To be placed on pension roll.
navy pensioners, and to pay him a pension, at the rate of five dollars per month; to commence and be computed from the thirtieth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-seven.
