AN ACT
To authorize the Secretary of the Navy to sell to Anthony P. Miller, Incorporated, a parcel of unimproved land adjacent to the Anchorage Housing project at Middletown, Rhode Island.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the Navy is hereby authorized to sell to Anthony P. Miller, Incorporated, for not less than its fair market value and on such terms and conditions as the Secretary of the Navy may prescribe, an unimproved parcel of land adjacent to the Anchorage Housing project at Middletown, Rhode Island, containing twenty acres more or less.
