Making an additional appropriation for disaster relief, and for other purposes.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That there is hereby appropriated,
Disaster relief, additional appropriation.

out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following sum:
funds appropriated to the president Disaster relief: An additional amount for disaster relief, $500,000, subject to the limitations and restrictions under this head in the Second Deficiency Appropriation Act, 1948.
