AN ACT
To repeal section 460 of the Act of March 3, 1899 (30 Stat. 1336), as amended, providing for certain license taxes in the Territory of Alaska.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 460 of the Act of March 3, 1899 (30 Stat. 1336), as amended by the Acts of June 6, 1900 (31 Stat. 330), July 10, 1937 (50 Stat. 497), and May 31, 1938 (52 Stat. 587), is hereby repealed.
