AN ACT
Authorizing the issuance of a patent in fee to Virginia Pearson.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, upon application
Virginia Pearson.
in writing, the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to issue to Virginia Pearson, Crow allottee numbered 1328, of Phoenix, Arizona, a patent in fee to the following-described lands allotted to her on the Crow Indian Reservation, Montana: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and the north half of the northeast quarter, and the east half of the west half of section 30, township 2 south, range 30 east, Montana principal meridian, containing three hundred eighty-two and twelve one-hundredths acres.
