AN ACT
For the relief of William (Vasilios) Kotsakis.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes
William (Vasilios) Kotsakis.
of immigration and naturalization laws, William (Vasilios) Kotsakis shall be considered to be the natural-born son of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Canelis, of Billings, Montana, citizens of the United States.
