AN ACT

For the relief of Mrs. Claudia Weitlanner.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That the Attorney

Mrs. Claudia Weitlanner.

General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to record the lawful admission for permanent residence of Mrs. Claudia Weitlanner as of March 24, 1949, the date on which she was originally admitted as a student.

Sec. 2.

Upon the enactment of this Act the Secretary of State

shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the quota for Austria for the first year that said quota is available.
