AN ACT
To amend section 17 of the District of Columbia Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the first sentence of the first paragraph of section 17 of the District of Columbia Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, approved January 24, 1934, as
D. C. Code § 25–118.
amended (sec. 25–118, D. C. Code, 1940 edition), is amended by inserting after the word “If” at the beginning of such sentence the following: “during the period for which any license was issued the licensee shall be convicted of any felony, or if”.
