AN ACT

For the relief of Elizabeth and Lawrence Wong.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, Elizabeth Wong and Lawrence Wong, stepchildren of Kwai Lun Wong, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien minor children of Kwai Lun Wong, a citizen of the United States, and shall be deemed to be

nonquota immigrants within the purview of sections 4 (a) and 9 of the Immigration Act of 1924.
