AN ACT

For the relief of Ng Soo Lip and Ng Yut Chee.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That in the administration of the immigration and naturalization laws the provisions of section 4 (a) of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, pertaining

to unmarried children under twenty-one years of age of a citizen of the United States, shall be held to be applicable to the aliens Ng Soo Lip and Ng Yut Chee, minor children of N. Mon Wai, a citizen of the United States.
