AN ACT

For the relief of Mrs. Harry Schneider.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, in the administration of the immigration laws, the provisions of section 13 (c)

8 U. S. C. § 213 (c).

of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, which excludes from admission to the United States aliens who are ineligible to citizenship, shall not apply to Mrs. Harry Schneider (nee Hamako Amano), the wife of a citizen of the United States and an honorably discharged veteran of World War II.
