AN ACT

For the relief of Mrs. Nobuko Eto Heard.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, in the administration of the immigration laws, the provisions of section 13 (c) of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, which excludes from

admission to the United States persons who are ineligible to citizenship, shall not apply to Mrs. Nobuko Eto Heard, a native and citizen of Japan, of the Japanese race, the wife of Thomas James Heard, a United States citizen who is presently serving in the armed forces of the United States.
