AN ACT
For the relief of Jackson Riley Holland.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, the alien Jackson Riley Holland, who is the adopted child of Walter Jackson Holland and Margaret Edna Holland, husband and wife, and who are native-born American citizens, shall be deemed to be the natural-born child of said Walter Jackson Holland and Margaret Edna Holland.
