AN ACT
Authorizing the Secretary of State to continue Hervé J. L’Heureux to serve as Chief of the Visa Division for an additional year commencing September 1, 1951.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of State is authorized to continue the assignment of Hervé J. L’Heureux, a Foreign Service officer, class 1, to serve as Chief of the Visa Division for an additional year commencing September 1, 1951, if deemed to be desirable in the national interest.
