AN ACT
For the relief of William O. Stevens.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the Navy is hereby authorized and directed to pay to William O. Stevens, formerly a professor at the United States Naval Academy, the sum of $100 per month for the remainder of his life, beginning with the month in which this Act is approved, chargeable to such appropriations as may be made for the payment of retirement annuities to civilian members of the teaching staff of the United States Naval Academy and postgraduate schools.
