AN ACT
For the relief of Heinz Harald Patterson.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes of sections 4 (a) and 9 of the Immigration Act of 1924, as
43 Stat. 155, 157.
amended, the minor child, Heinz Harald Patterson, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Sergeant and Mrs. Arnold D. Patterson, citizens of the United States.
