AN ACT
For the Relief of Gunter Arno Thelemann.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the

purposes of sections 4 (a) and 9 of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, Gunter Arno Thelemann shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien minor child of Mr. and Mrs. Arno K. Thelemann, citizens of the United States.
