That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to issue to Mary Rutherford Spearson a patent in fee to the following-described lands on the Crow Indian Reservation, Montana: Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8 of section 5; section 8; the west half of the west half of section 9; and the north half of the northwest quarter of section 17, township 2 south, range 31 east, Montana principal meridian, containing one thousand forty-one and ninety-two one-hundredths acres more or less.
