AN ACT

For the relief of Adelheid Wichman (now Adelheid Waitschies).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, for the purposes of sections 4 (a) and 9 of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, the minor child Adelheid Wichman (now Adelheid

Waitschies) shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien minor child of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Waitschies, citizens of the United States.
