AN ACT

For the relief of Erlinda Maria Bowers.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, for the purposes of sections 4 (a) and 9 of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, the

minor child, Erlinda Maria Bowers, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Corporal Roy G. Bowers, a citizen of the United States.
