AN ACT
To amend clause (4) of section 35 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That clause (4) of section 35 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following: “Provided further, That referees serving the District of Columbia shall reside in the District of Columbia, or within twenty miles thereof; and”.
