AN ACT
To authorize additional appropriations for the Lower San Joaquin River project.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, in addition to previous authorizations, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated the sum of $2,500,000 for the prosecution of the plan of improvement, approved in the Act of December 22, 1944, for the
Lower San Joaquin River and tributaries, including the Tuolumne and Stanislaus Rivers, with such modifications thereof as in the discretion of the Chief of Engineers may be advisable.
