AN ACT

For the relief of the Detroit Automotive Products Company.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That the petition of the Detroit Automotive Products Company for relief under section

54 Stat. 975; 56 Stat. 568.

26 USC 722.

722 of the Internal Revenue Code shall be held and considered to have been received by the Tax Court of the United States within the time allowed by law and regulations for the filing of such a petition.
