For the relief of Eveline Brigitte Barti (Eveline B. Hermann).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, for the

purposes of sections 101 (a) (27) (A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Eveline Brigitte Hartl (Eveline B. Hermann), shall he held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Sergeant Edwin C. Herman, Junior, a citizen of the United States.
