AN ACT
For the relief of Rufin Manikowski.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes of section 202 (a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Rufin
Manikowski shall be held and considered to have been born in Germany.
