AN ACT
For the relief of Gabrielle Marie Smith (nee Staub).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes
of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Gabrielle Marie Smith (nee Staub) shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States on January 26, 1941, the date on which she was recorded as permanently admitted.
