AN ACT
For the relief of Natale Joseph John Ratti.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, for the purposes
of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the provisions of section 101 (a) (27) (B) should be held and considered to be applicable to Natale Joseph John Ratti.
