AN ACT
To repeal a service charge of 10 cents per sheet of one hundred words, for making out and authenticating copies of records in the Department of State.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 213 of the Revised Statutes (5 U. S. C. 166) shall be and the same is hereby repealed.
