AN ACT
To extend the authority for the enlistment of aliens in the Regular Army.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the first section of the Act of June 30, 1950 (ch. 443, 64 Stat. 316), as amended,
is further amended by striking out the words “June 30, 1955”, and inserting in lieu thereof the words, “June 30, 1957”.
