AN ACT
To provide that active service In the Army and Air Force shall be Included In determining the eligibility for retirement of certain commissioned officers Of the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 6 of the Act entitled “An Act to authorize the President to retire certain officers and enlisted men of the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, and for other purposes”, approved February 21, 1946 (34 U. S. C., sec. 410b), is hereby amended by inserting immediately after “Navy, Marine Corps,” the following: “Army, Air Force,”.
Sec. 2.
Section 232 of title 14 of the United States Code is hereby
amended by inserting immediately after “Navy,” the following: “Army, Air Force,”.
