AN ACT
To repeal section 348 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 348 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, is hereby repealed, effective with respect to 1955 and subsequent crops.
