AN ACT
To amend the Act establishing a Commission of Fine Arts.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 2 of the Act entitled “An Act establishing a Commission of Fine Arts”, approved May 17, 1910 (40 U. S. C., secs. 104–106), is amended to read as follows:
“Sec. 2.
That to meet the expenses made necessary by this Act an expenditure of not exceeding $35,000 a year is hereby authorized.”
