AN ACT
To amend the Act of January 12, 1951, as amended, to continue in effect the provisions of title II of the First War Powers Act, 1941.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 2 of the Act
of January 12, 1951 (64 Stat. 1257), as amended, is further amended by striking out “1955” and inserting in lien thereof “1957”.
