AN ACT

For the relief of Chin York Gay.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, for the purposes of sections 101 (a) (27) (A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Chin York Gay, shall be held and considered to he the natural-born alien child of Sam Chin, a citizen of the United States.
