JOINT RESOLUTION
To amend section 217 of the National Housing Act.
Resolved, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 217 of the National Housing Act is amended by striking out “$3,000,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$7,000,000,000”
