AN ACT
To amend section 69 of the Hawaiian Organic Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the fourth sentence of section 69 of the Hawaiian Organic Act (31 Stat. 141, 154; 48 U. S. C. 534) is amended to read as follows: “He shall perform such other duties as are prescribed in this Act or as may be required of him by the Legislature of Hawaii.”
