Establishing that the first session of the Eighty-sixth Congress convene at noon on Wednesday, January 7, 1959.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Eighty-sixth Congress shall assemble at noon on Wednesday, January 7, 1959.
