JOINT RESOLUTION
Making a technical correction in section 5136 of the Revised Statutes (relating to national banks).
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the last sentence of paragraph seventh of section 5136 of the Revised Statutes, as amended (12 U.S.C. 24), is amended by striking out so much of the proviso as follows “shall hold obligations issued” and precedes “as a result” and by inserting in lieu thereof “by any of said organizations”.
