AN ACT
For the relief of Louis J. DeWinter and Simone H. DeWinter.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, section 352(a) of that Act shall not apply to Mr. Louis J. DeWinter and Mrs. Simone H. DeWinter, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the said Louis J. DeWinter and Mrs. Simone H. DeWinter establish residence in the United States before August 4, 1966, or within one year after the termination of Louis J. De Winter’s employment by the N. V. Leo DeWinter and Company, whichever is earlier.
