AN ACT
To provide for conveyance of certain real property of the United States in Yalobusha County, Mississippi, to W. A. Nolen and Wiley W. Walker.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the Interior shall convey to W. A. Nolen and Wiley W. Walker of Water Valley, Mississippi, under the Color of Title Act of December 22, 1928 (45 Stat. 1069), as amended by the Act of July 28, 1953 (67 Stat. 227; 43 U.S.C., secs. 1068–1068b), the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 28, township 25 north, range 5 east in Yalobusha County, Mississippi.
