AN ACT

For the relief of Mrs. Leonard O. Erickson.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That Leonard O. Erickson shall be deemed to have elected under section 3(b) of the Uniformed Services Contingency Option Act of 1953 to provide the annuity specified in paragraph (1) of section 4(a) of such Act to his wire. Notwithstanding his expressed intention to do so, the said Leonard O. Erickson was prevented by physical disability from exercising the right of election granted him by section 3(b) of such Act during his lire.
