AN ACT

For the relief of Tatsuo Kochi.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27) (A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child Tatsuo Kochi shall be held and considered to be the natural born alien child of Master Sergeant and Mrs. Russell E. Schwartz, citizens of the United States: Provided, That no natural parent of Tatsuo Kochi, by virtue of such parentage, shall be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
