AN ACT
To authorize the Administrator of General Services to release the recapture provisions contained in the conveyance of certain real property to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That
subparagraph
Little Rock Municipal Airport, Ark.
numbered (2) of the concluding paragraph of the first section of the Act entitled “An Act making appropriations for the military and nonmilitary activities of the War Department for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1937, and for other purposes”, approved May 15, 1936 (49 Stat. 1292), is hereby repealed.
The Administrator of General Services is authorized and directed to execute and deliver to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, without consideration, such instrument as he shall determine to be required to release effectively to that city all right, title, and interest heretofore reserved to the United States or any department or agency thereof in or with respect to the land described in section 2 of that Act (49 Stat. 1292–1293) in compliance with the condition imposed by that subparagraph.
