AN ACT

For the relief of Raul Jorge Jose Hermitte.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, notwithstanding

the provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the periods of time Raul Jorge Jose Hermitte has resided and was physically present in the United States or any State since September 23, 1953, shall be held and considered as compliance with the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of said Act.
